ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
- Schedule an appointment to meet with the Headmaster and have a tour of the school and its facilities. Such appointments can be arranged at any time, but preferably during a school morning, to enable you to see our school “in action”.
- Return the completed Application Form (find this under ENQUIRY – we will send you a form) to the school with relevant documentation (copy of most recent school report, copy of child’s birth certificate and copies of any educational or psychological assessment reports) with the Application Fee of R200. Your child’s name is then placed on our admissions database.
- In the second term of the year prior to entry, we shall contact you to confirm availability of places and to arrange for your child to meet with the relevant teacher. Prospective boarders also need to spend a night with us in boarding.
- Following the child’s visit, we shall be able to confirm an offer of a place.
- An offer of a place is accepted by signing and returning the “Terms of Acceptance” form and paying the Enrolment Fee.
- Prior to entry: Arrange an appointment with the Bursar regarding fee payment and schedule an appointment for school uniform at the School Shop on our premises.
Note that we have no closing date for admission and accept enrolments at any time of the year.
